My stay at the Winford hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (HK.Michael, Front desk-Fiona,Duty Manager Sir Danielle, Bellman Ash & Zen,Casino Dealer Gemma) going above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila.

Had a superb stay! I accidentally booked the wrong date (June 11–12 instead of 12–13) for my dad and stepmom’s anniversary, but the staff still kindly accommodated them out of goodwill—even though it was a holiday and the hotel was fully booked. Any mishaps were resolved in less than 10 minutes. The staff were all very accommodating and courteous. The facilities felt top-notch and looked good as new. We’re truly grateful—everything was smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
